Owner Terms

An Unusual Opportunity !

This beautiful 32′ Bayliner Conquest is held within the charter program of our Pacific Marine Foundation. She is available to her new owners on a three-year charter and purchase option plan. We will FINANCE the purchase of the vessel during that period to qualified owners with at least 10% downpayment at 3% interest. Much better rates and terms than conventional commercial lenders!

During the three-year charter term you will have full and completely unrestricted use of the vessel as sole charterer. You will also take full responsibility for the boat including all maintenance and upkeep, moorage, insurance, licensing and fees. At the conclusion of the charter the title will transfer, similar to a ‘lease-option’ plan with owner financing.

` ` ` ` ` ` ` `

One cannot make comparisons with any other Bayliner of similar design or size. The work that has been done on this boat is absolutely top quality and she is quite unusual. The boat was appraised in November 2015 right at $40,000. Given the unique terms and financing of our offer, we have elected to price her below that appraised value. She was hauled for bottom paint and routine outdrive service November, 2015. We inspected the hull at that time and have receipts for the work done in the boatyard. She is fully serviced and ready to go.
