The Montego 3350 was a very popular model when first introduced, with an appealing hull design that is unique to the Bayliner series. She has a strongly built hand laid fiberglass hull with lines that are very similar to the Hargrave design used in the 34’ Hatteras Sportfish models. The deep-vee shape to the hull gives you very good stability and a comfortable ride while cruising. Her large aft deck is suitable for sportfishing or sunning. Spacious flybridge with a helm chair, bench seating and a folding console seat.
The interior is nicely arranged and has accommodations for six adults. Aft of the forward vee berth is a mid-ship cabin adjacent the head and shower, which has twin berths that fold down into a settee as needed. The galley has ample storage and counter space and there is good visibility all around from the helm through the large salon windows.
One can still find online and read the complimentary performance review first published in the March 1977 edition of Motorboating Magazine.
