First introduced in 1971, this unusual “Laguna” design built by Grand Banks is one of just seventy-one boats in the 11.5 meter length. The replacement model was the Eastbay design built in the mid-nineties. She was re-powered in 1998 with twin turbo Cummins 6BTA, each 330 HP. These replacements have less than 500 hours on them and both gearboxes have been rebuilt as well.
Layout: Swim platform with transom steps and a waist-high transom rail for safety while fishing from the spacious aft cockpit, aft deck with live bait tank and ice hold for the catch. Small drawers and storage for fishing gear, stainless and teak ladder to covered flybridge helm and access to lazarette and storage space below the aft deck.
A great boat for family outings on the Sound or local lakes. This 27′ Sundancer is in very good condition throughout, very clean and well maintained.
Cruises comfortably at 20+ knots and max speed close to 35 kts.
The interior features two separate sleeping areas for two couples, or a family with kids. The spacious aft deck seats six and the cockpit upholstery is in great shape.
There’s a full canvas enclosure for the aft deck for year-round cruising. Good running Merc 454 with Bravo outdrive. She’ll fit well on a dual axle trailer – but no trailer included.

An enormous amount of useable interior space in only 32′ LOA. There are three separate sleeping areas; an aft double berth with a small sink, vanity and mirror; a full sized vee berth forward with head and shower; and the dinette converts to a double berth as well. Galley has a double sink, refrigerator and three burner stove and oven.
Twin Volvo AQ 140A gas engines are very economical and provide a good cruising range with a comfortable ride at 10 kts at minimal fuel consumption.
This outstanding ChrisCraft is built on the design of the Unilfite “Yacht Fisherman” hull which is well known for being rugged and very seaworthy.
When ChrisCraft acquired the hull molds in 1984, they also modified the interior design to create more livable space, and incorporated an island queen berth in both of the staterooms forward and aft.
This 48′ model (52′ with pulpit and swim platform) was later designated as a “480 Catalina” in the 1987 model from ChrisCraft.
This popular 34′ C&C model with fin keel just got new bottom paint, hull wax and topsides paint in May. She looks terrific! She has a 1998 replacement Yanmar 3GM 30 diesel in very good condition with only 670 hours.
“Gabriela” would be a great boat for a family or two couples, with lots of interior space and accommodations for six to sleep aboard. Quick, easy to handle and a good performance cruiser. Sail inventory is more than adequate with roller furling, too.
Very popular design with the Pacific Seacraft reputation for great craftsmanship, this 27′ “Orion” model was built in 1980.
“Rhine Maiden” got new bottom paint in February and is now at our moorage. Newer Raytheon navigation instruments on Edson pedestal includes Autohelm and Tri-data readouts.
She has a forward double berth, port aft side quarter berth and the settee converts to a double as well. Nice mahogany interior finishes in good condition.

This boat would be great for a small family or for a novice sailor who wants a relatively simple boat with a proven reputation at a modest investment.
The 30′ Newport Model 30-1 is the forerunner of the very popular MK II series, and is now in the class of a “classic plastic” sloop from 1967.
