A fine example of the early Bertram sports fishing line, she’s in fine shape overall!
Through the years all of the ‘little’ Bertram boats have come to be called “Moppies”, that being founder Dick Bertram’s wife’s nickname. He first used the name for his 31’ offshore raceboats….the hull design that launched his company in the Sixties.
The Mark II Sport Convertible was built in three configurations; hard top with flybridge, hardtop, and the open cockpit “sport” model.
First introduced in 1971, this unusual “Laguna” design built by Grand Banks is one of just seventy-one boats in the 11.5 meter length. The replacement model was the Eastbay design built in the mid-nineties. She was re-powered in 1998 with twin turbo Cummins 6BTA, each 330 HP. These replacements have less than 500 hours on them and both gearboxes have been rebuilt as well.
Layout: Swim platform with transom steps and a waist-high transom rail for safety while fishing from the spacious aft cockpit, aft deck with live bait tank and ice hold for the catch. Small drawers and storage for fishing gear, stainless and teak ladder to covered flybridge helm and access to lazarette and storage space below the aft deck.
30′ Searay Weekender model 300 built in 1989. Strong running twin MerCruisers 5.7 260 hp with Velvet Drive gearboxes, shaft drive and 3.5 Kw generator.
Would make a great fishing boat or a dive platform with her large aft deck and oversized after-market aluminum swim/dive platform.
There is a double berth forward with privacy curtain and the dining settee converts to a double as well.
Head and shower, galley with fridge, 110v and alcohol stove and microwave. Nearly new separate canvas bimini, aft deck enclosure and a full aft deck covers.
This Tolly is a terrific fishing boat. Huge aft deck with plenty of space to use downriggers and troll or to go crabbing.
Flybridge and lower salon helm stations with a relatively spartan interior of galley, forward vee berth, convertible dinette settee and head.
She’s the kind of boat you want when the salmon are running and your buddies want to go out; fast, dependable, safe, well designed for fishing, with twin Nissan-Chrysler 6 cyl. diesels.
New bottom paint in June and hull survey available for review.
A terrific fishing boat with a great reputation for safety and comfort on inland lakes and open water, the Lund Baron Magnum 2150 Gran Sport is a luxury deep cockpit hull designed for stability and comfort. She has a beautiful dark blue and bronze finish with blue interior carpeting and the uphostered seating is all in fine shape.
The boat has been very well cared for and this Baron Magnum Gran Sport is in great condition.
