We’ve got an 18′ Bayliner Capri Express model 1850 LS built in 1994.  Powered by an economical MerCruiser 3.0 with Alpha One outdrive, both have been recently serviced and running right.

Gray and white interior with blue accents in very good shape.  New Bimini canvas and a new full boat cover included.

1993 Escort single axle trailer with good tires for trips up to the lake on weekends.  She’s just been all cleaned up, polished, waxed and detailed, and she’s ready to go.

A custom 35′ Endurance built by the well known DeKleer Brothers boatyard of British Columbia. Their reputation for “bullet proof” fiberglass hull layup has been proven many times in very tough offshore conditions.

This unusual cutter rigged sloop underwent a complete rebuild between 2009 – 2012.  New fiberglass over wood deck was installed and the house was redesigned and rebuilt with custom aluminum framed heavy weather double windows.  She has all new fresh water and waste plumbing, almost all new rewiring, new lighting, new electric panels, new ‘teak and holly’ sole and a beautifully panelled main salon.

A great lake boat for the local area, or trailer it to your favorite spot.  She’s a Cobalt ‘Condurre’ 206 in excellent overall condition.  The upholstery is in fine shape, the boat has just been cleaned, serviced and detailed.  She runs right … and goes fast!

Only 315 hours on her MerCruiser. 5.7 with 260 hp and Alpha I outdrive.  The engine and outdrive were fully serviced in March 2014. She’s been covered and stored on a boat lift in Lake Washington and the hull is in excellent condition.

First introduced in 1971, this unusual “Laguna” design built by Grand Banks is one of just seventy-one boats  in the 11.5 meter length. The replacement model was the Eastbay design built in the mid-nineties.  She was re-powered in 1998 with twin turbo Cummins 6BTA, each 330 HP. These replacements have less than 500 hours on them and both gearboxes have been rebuilt as well.

Layout: Swim platform with transom steps and a waist-high transom rail for safety while fishing from the spacious aft cockpit, aft deck with live bait tank and ice hold for the catch.  Small drawers and storage for fishing gear, stainless and teak ladder to covered flybridge helm and access to lazarette and storage space below the aft deck.
