Fiberglass hull, LOA 40′, 12′ beam, 2′ 10″ draft. This vessel is of houseboat design.

She has a large main cabin with helm forward to starboard, midship starboard side galley complete with table and chairs, and a settee bench to port. There are port and starboard cabin sliding entry doors to access the bow, and sidedecks. The aft cabin has a sliding double berth to port with storage below it, and shelving on starboard side. The portside head has a tub and shower, sink and vanity.

She has a good sized  6′ X 12′ aft deck with hatch access to the main engines, may be made to run or easily replaced with an outboard to satisfy marina requirements for self propelled. She has a 28′ X 8′ boatdeck with upper helm controls, bimini frame and some canvas.

Self propelled originally by a pair of MerCruiser V8 engines with vee drives. She needs work to be in “move-in ready condition”, we may be able to help you secure liveaboard moorage on the lake. Monthly fees ( + /-) approx $650 on a month to month basis which includes moorage/liveaboard fee/water/trash/basic electricity.

This vessel was built in Everett Washington by Cruise-A-Home in 1978. She carries official Washington State Registry number WN 597 BJ, and HIN # is CAH40258M78E. Clear title and a recent price reduction to entice the next owner.
