Ericson 35'

Ericson 35′

This Ericson Model II has been stripped to the bare essentials for her two previous TransPac races. Photos show the interior has been altered and most of the excessive weight removed from cabinetry and built-in woodwork. The interior has been painted and is clean and functional. There is no head, hot water nor holding tank.

There are a total of seven sail bags and two spinnaker/whisker poles. She has a mid-nineties Yanmar 2GM cylinder diesel mounted in the mid-salon for best weight distribution. Newer stainless fuel tank.

This is a boat for sailors who want to emphasize the ‘race’ side of ‘race/cruise’ on this design. She just had a thorough deep cleaning, is well outfitted for her purpose, very fast fin keel design. Her spartan accommodations would make an ideal platform for a hardy and adventurous couple or small crew offshore, or perhaps those planning a Vancouver Island circumnavigation this summer….?
