34′ Mainship 1980 – Classic Northwest Trawler – $37,500

34′ Mainship

A classic design for the Northwest, the 34′ Mainship is “one of the most popular small sedans ever built”, according to the editors of the Powerboat Guide.

Perhaps the greatest advantage of this boat is that her single Perkins 6.35 turbo diesel will cruise economically at 7 kts. on just 2 gallons per hour, and she’ll run 10 -11 knots when desired.

“Semper Fi” has a wide open salon more than 100 sq. ft., both a full length flybridge and lower helm, large forward vee berth, comfortable galley and head with shower.  She’s just a terrific boat for a cruising couple looking to explore the great Northwest waters.

The diesel engine and Warner gearbox have been well maintained by former owner since 2003 with all service records aboard. Last bottom paint in 2016.  There is a Volvo genset for 110 power offshore and a large aft cockpit with high bulwarks for safety. Plenty of space back there for fishing or crabbing, too.

We ran her down from Bellingham first week in December in just under nine hours and we’ve now finished getting her cleaned up inside and out – all ready for you to get away for some fine winter cruising.

Come take a look soon – she won’t be here long !
